WEISER RIVER Signature BEEF LLC maintains a partner-producer relationship with seven (7) area producers:

The calves that make up the raw product for WEISER RIVER Signature BEEF LLC come from the Ward Ranch and the above partner-producers. During the next 16 months, the cattle graze on pasture and are grain-finished on a traditional corn-based ration in the feeding facility the last 4 months of their lives. At no time are they given hormone implants or sub-therapeutic antibiotics. If the animal must be treated with an antibiotic for medical purposes, it will NOT be sold as a “Signature” or all-natural product. After finishing in Weiser, our beef is processed in Nampa and then is available to the consumers via local retail grocery outlets or direct marketing. Our beef is aged for a minimum of 7-14 days. All our livestock have “low mileage”, which means they travel less miles to you, the consumer.
For those of you unfamiliar with Indian Valley (elevation: 3,002 feet), we are a small, rural ranching and farming community approximately 120 driving miles northwest of Boise (“as the crow flies”) and about halfway between Cambridge (population: 360) and Council (population: 960), along the Weiser (pronounced “Weezer”) River.
